If you later decide that you would like an additional day for set-up (or whatever it may be) purchasing that additional day is still an option, if the additional day you would like to have is available.
When it gets closer to the event, some parties realize how beneficial having an extra day to set up is. This is exactly why we have special two-day rental prices! We want you to have all the time you need for your event without demanding the full price of a single day, so we kindly ask that you be fully aware that an additional day (even if it’s just for an hour or two) will cost you the listed amount.
The initial deposit is due when you sign the agreement to have your event at Kiesling Ranch. The second deposit is due 4 months before your event, and the remaining amount is due 60 days before your event.
Bartenders are $150/ea. for 8 hours. Security is at the discretion of the officer.
Yes. Cleaning tables, chairs, floors and picking up trash is included, but please be sure that you pick up your own decorations and valuables.
Alcohol must be distributed by bartenders behind the bar.
Yes. Bridal pictures may be taken during the hours of your rental. For shoots outside of rental hours, it’s $100 an hour.
